May...

Well, it's been awhile again since the last post. Here is May in a nutshell...
We started out the month with "Touch a Truck" Day at the Library. They brought in a Firetruck, Box Truck, Police Car and Mail Car for the kids to get in and touch. Connor had a good time. His favorite was probably the box truck where he could run around in the back and yell as loud as he could.

A Couple weeks later, Nana was able to come for a visit. She was able to be with us for Mother's Day which was a great present for both her and I. Here is Connor posing in his suit on Mother's Day.
It was nice to spend the day with Mom!

Mom came early to help us watch Connor so Jamie and I could go to our first of many weddings. We had a great time.
Later the next week we headed to Boston for one of Jamie's coworker's weddings. We started out on Wednesday, our anniversary and headed towards Boston. By Thursday we were there. On Thursday night we took the Duck Tour where CJ got to drive the boat. Friday morning we headed up the coast to Maine and ate lunch along the coast. We managed to hit PA, NY, CT, MA, ME,VT, NH and RI. Of course by Jamie's rules we had to set foot in order for it to count. Friday night we went to the wedding. It was on the side of a mountain. It cleared up long enough to have the wedding outside. It was beautiful.
On Saturday morning we headed for Niagara Falls. After making it over the border we saw the falls in Canada. It was beautiful, then we headed for Toronto. Saturday and Sunday we spent in Toronto and Toronto Island. We took a tour of the city on a double decker bus and took a ferry to the island and spent the afternoon at a beautiful park. Connor had a good time with all the ducks. All in all it was a good day.
Monday morning we started back home...after a brief delay at the border since Jamie had lost his passport. Thank goodness Mom had a copy of Jamie's birth certificate and was able to send it to us. Thank you Mom!!
We had a great time and are so grateful mom was able to come with us

Hard to believe that it's been 9 years since we got married~

Connor has been growing and learning so much each and every day. He was so many new words and LOVES Elmo or "melmo." He will bring us the remote and say "melmo!!"
He loves playing outside and with the dogs and continues to love to read. He is also trying to dance and jump...which is really close to dancing except he says "ump" when he squats down.
It is so hard to believe he is 20 months old already. He'll be 2 in no time!
We are looking forward to Grammie and Papa coming this weekend!
