Here you go Mom....

Okay...it's been awhile since our last post, but we wanted to make sure everyone who wanted to see our Christmas letter could do so without much trouble...so this may be a little long.

Shortly after our letter, Connor decided he was going to walk. Just like the crawling, it was like someone flipped a switch and there was no turning back. At first he walked with his arms out for balance, then he switched to walking with them crossed behind his back, now he just runs.

We were blessed to have all of our family travel here once again for Christmas. The WHOLE family was able to come. Barb and Tim along with their two dogs came from Georgia and Aunt Judy from New Mexico along with the Illinois crew. So, if you are counting, that makes 11 people and 4 dogs! We had a wonderful time!


All of the comotion makes everone tired...especially Daisy!



We even had a white Christmas, so we took advantage and took Connor out sledding. He had a good time!




Nana started a new tradition of pajamas for Christmas Eve...I think the saying on the front says it all! "Dear Santa I can explain"




Nana made Connor a table tent. He enjoys going in and out of it, but usually uses the window instead of the door.




Another one of Connor's favorite presents was his slide. We put it in the basement, so he will go to the door and point to go down and play.





After Christmas things got back to normal. Connor is in to everything and driving mommy and daddy nuts. The house looks like Fort Knox with Baby gates encircling the entire family room...and still CJ manages to escape. His favorite things to do are to climb inside of things and empty out cabinets and drawers. As you can see he is inside the dog toy basket




This is what CJ does with Daddy while Mommy is at work...once again he is inside the cabinet!





This is the latest battle wound. On Friday he fell 3 times within a matter of mintues. The first fall resulted in the bloody nose. The two subsequent falls led to 2 split lips. We have decided that we may need to start an ER fund! What a little monkey!
